What is your production and delivery timeline?
We pride ourselves on efficiency without compromising quality. The average production cycle is approximately 9.2 days. We commit to a standard delivery promise of within 15 working days, with expedited options available. For international orders, shipping time varies by destination and will be provided in your detailed quote. Our “Worry-Free Delivery” ensures professional installation by our certified teams.
What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?
We support and manage shipping worldwide with flexible trade terms to suit your project needs.
For Domestic Projects (within China):​ We offer direct logistics to your site as part of our integrated “Worry-Free Delivery” service.
For International Clients:​We arrange secure sea or air freight from our factory to your country. We provide comprehensive insurance and all necessary export documentation. To clarify responsibilities and costs, we typically offer the following terms:
FOB (Free On Board):​ We deliver and load your order onto the vessel at the Chinese port. You are responsible for the main freight, insurance, and all costs/risks from that point onward.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight):​ We cover the cost, marine insurance, and freight to the destination port in your country. You handle customs clearance and inland delivery.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):​ We manage the entire process—export, international freight, import customs clearance, and payment of duties/taxes—delivering the goods to your specified address. This is our most comprehensive and hassle-free option, which can be combined with our certified installation services.
We provide all necessary documentation and can recommend trusted local partners for final delivery and installation if needed. The optimal term will be recommended and detailed in your project-specific quotation.
